The last buyer wins.
A fair-launch token whose 5% buy-tax pools into a prize. Whoever makes the last qualifying buy before the clock runs out takes 70% of the pot. Then it starts again.
Every buy resets a
countdown to a prize.
The whole game is four moving parts. Here they are, in detail — and shown, not just told.
The bar to win climbs with
every single bid.
To become the last buyer, your buy must clear the current minimum. It doesn’t tick up on a timer — it ratchets up every time someone outbids, in lockstep with the clock. The faster people fight over the throne, the faster the minimum explodes — so the auction closes itself instead of dragging on.
- Starts at $0.10 — +$0.10 up to $1, then +$1 up to $10
- Above $10 the step doubles as the price doubles: $10→+$2, $20→+$4, $40→+$8 …
- Accelerates to $5,000, then a steady +$1,000 per bid
- Buying is never blocked — a smaller buy still trades, it just doesn’t win the spot
A last-second snipe can’t steal it.
Every qualifying buy pushes the deadline to now + 10 minutes. So the auction only ends after a full 10 minutes of silence. Buy in the final second and you don’t “win at the buzzer” — you simply reset the buzzer, and everyone gets another shot.
Winner takes 70%. Then it resets.
When the clock hits zero, anyone can trigger settlement — no dev needed. The pot pays out automatically: 70% to the last buyer, 30% to the protocol. The pot empties and the minimum resets to $0.10, then a fresh season opens — dormant until someone makes the first buy, which starts the clock again. The game never dies.
- Payouts are automatic & permissionless (on-chain settle)
- Prize paid in $AUCTION tokens from the pot
- Seasons loop forever — new pot, new race
The auction, right now.

No levers. No bag.
No exit.
All supply is seeded into the pool and the LP-NFT is locked in a contract that can only ever collect fees — never withdraw. Nobody can pull it.
The team is minted zero tokens at launch. Dev revenue is only the automatic 30% protocol share of each pot plus the pool’s swap fees — nothing is pre-allocated.
No mint, no pause, no blacklist, no tax switch. The 30% recipient is immutable. The launcher fires once and dies.
Anyone can settle a finished auction. Payouts are on-chain and automatic — the game runs with or without us.
The fine print.
Can I always buy, even below the minimum?
Yes. Buying is never blocked or capped. The minimum only decides auction participation — a buy below it trades normally, it just won’t make you the last buyer or extend the clock.
Is there a tax when I sell?
No. Sells are 0% tax. Only buys are taxed 5%, and that 5% is taken in tokens straight into the pot.
What exactly does the last buyer win?
70% of the current season pot, paid in $AUCTION tokens, the moment the auction is settled. The remaining 30% goes to the protocol.
How does the clock work?
A season stays dormant until the first qualifying buy, which starts the clock. Every qualifying buy then sets the deadline to now + 10 minutes. After 10 minutes with no qualifying buy, anyone can settle it.
What happens after a win?
The pot resets to zero, the minimum resets to $0.10, the season counter ticks up, and the next season waits for its first qualifying buy to begin. Settlement itself is automatic and permissionless — no one has to babysit it.
Why are prices shown in USD?
On-chain, everything is denominated in the network’s native ETH. The site converts to USD live purely for readability.
